The Anti-Atlas and coast are at their best from October to April — warm days, cool nights, clear air. February brings the Tafraoute almond blossom. Summer (June–September) is too hot for Anti-Atlas walking (35 °C+) but the coast stays pleasant thanks to the Atlantic wind. The High Atlas via Marrakech is best in spring and autumn.
