For walkers who want a bigger day, this longer mountain hike heads deeper into the Saghro foothills from the Nkob area. It is a full wilderness day — more time on the volcanic ridges, more remote plateaux, and a real sense of travelling through a landscape that few people ever enter.

This hike is for fit, experienced walkers comfortable with a long day on rocky, exposed terrain. Your guide plans the route to the conditions and your group, and the confirmed distance, elevation gain and walking time are provided in your written proposal.
