It is a slow, private immersion in the Mizane valley — walking through walnut and cherry orchards, stopping in the hamlets of Aroumd and Armud, and sharing tea and a home-cooked lunch with an Amazigh family. Your guide translates the conversation, explains the terraced farming and village life, and paces the day to your interest rather than a timetable. The aim is to leave having understood a little of how mountain people actually live — not just having seen the view.

Is this suitable for guests who have never hiked?
Yes. The Imlil valley circuit is gentle and we set the distance and pace to your group. The focus is on culture and scenery rather than exertion.
Will we actually meet a local family?
Yes. Lunch is home-cooked in a village home, and your guide introduces you to your hosts and translates. This is a genuine part of how these days run, not a staged show.
How much does this excursion cost?
The published luxury day-hike rate is €229 per person for routes whose standard price is below €100, and €295 per person for Agafay (standard price above €100). A private one-person booking totals €438 (€229 tier) or €570 (€295 tier), lunch included. The confirmed final price is sent in your written proposal after the operator verifies availability.
Do you claim a partnership with any hotel?
No. We are an independent hiking company based in Marrakech. We collect guests from luxury hotels because of where they are located — we do not claim any partnership, endorsement or affiliation with the properties named.
